Since 2021, Shanghai Biaozhi has comprehensively upgraded its piezoelectric acceleration sensor products using brand-new technologies independently developed and pioneered in China. These technologies have been patented in the People's Republic of China, and the company has obtained independent patent rights. The following is a summary and introduction of the upgraded products:
Composed of a small stainless steel series and a light and small titanium alloy series, they are smaller in size compared to the original general type, with a wider measurement range (0.1g - 1000g). Multiple options (model with letter suffix) are introduced based on the basic model, including different output nozzles (+E), waterproof integrated cables (+F), low-frequency extension (+L), and extended high temperature (+H).
The general three-axis sensors are divided into two major categories according to the shape and installation structure: cube-shaped and through-hole installation.
Cube-shaped: The entire cube-shaped series uses titanium alloy. It is divided into two series, the ordinary cube-shaped and the small cube-shaped, according to the shape size and weight. The minimum size of the cube shape is 6.2mm (1g); the measurement range is covered (5g - 1200g), and there are multiple options available.
Through-hole installation type: Composed of a small stainless steel three-axis series and a light and small titanium alloy three-axis series, it is smaller in size compared to the original general through-hole three-axis, with a wider measurement range (5g - 1000g), and there are multiple options available.
Multiple options (model with letter suffix) are introduced for general three-axis sensors, including different thicknesses of four-core nozzle pins (+E), waterproof integrated cables (+F), low-frequency extension (+L), and extended high temperature (+H).
It has an independently patented 360° adjustable insulating mounting base, specifically designed for cube-shaped three-axis sensors (552130).
All use titanium alloy shells. The minimum external dimension is ∅4.7 x 2.8mm (thickness), and the weight is 0.16 - 2g. The complete series has a measurement range of 50 - 5000g. According to the output and installation, there are the following three types:
Side-end output: Output form: 5 - 40 nozzle and integrated cable. The external dimension is 8.5 (hexagonal) x 4 and 5mm (height). The installation forms include bonding and screws.
Top-end output: Output form: 5 - 40 and M5 nozzles. The external dimension is 7 and 9mm (hexagonal). The installation form is M3 and M5 screw holes.
Through-hole installation side-end output: The output is all M5 nozzles. The external dimension is 8.5 x 6mm (height), and the through-hole M3 installation bolt.
All adopt a new low-noise circuit: the broadband electrical noise is 1μV, the measurement range is 50g - 0.5g, and the maximum resolution reaches 0.1μg. The low-frequency cut-off frequency of all models in this series is 0.2Hz, and the measurement range covers 0.5g - 500g. All measurement range outputs are equipped with top-end and side-end nozzles, and there are also imperial (model +E) nozzles available.
This series of products is suitable for long-term underwater state testing. There are two major series of basic water pressures, 1MPa and 3MPa. The 1MPa series has top-end/side-end (single-axis) output and three-axis measurement options. The 3MPa series is all top-end output. For non-long-term application states, the short-term water pressure overload can reach 1.5 times the basic water pressure.
Adopt a number of independent domestic patents. Especially for the three-axis large impact, a new design concept is introduced, achieving ground insulation and greatly improving the overall installation stiffness of the sensor.
The measurement range covers 2500g - 50000g (single-axis); 2500g - 35000g (three-axis).
Main characteristics of the sensor: The output signal is insulated from the ground. The installation bolt (nail) of the single-axis sensor is integrated. The output form is an integrated cable or nozzle.
Smaller hexagonal size and lighter weight: 10 pC/g (11mm), 30pC/g (14mm), 100pC/g (16mm).
More options: Titanium alloy shell is available, and waterproof integrated cable (+F).
The charge output general three-axis sensors are all square through-hole installation in shape; the measurement range is covered from 250g to 2500g.
The new 2x502 series adopts a miniaturized design, and there are options of ordinary core and high-end core.
The 2x501 series is designed to be more compact overall, with all high-end sensitive cores and titanium alloy shells, and there are 2 sensitivity options available.
All charge-type miniatures use titanium alloy shells, with a weight of 0.5 - 2g and a measurement range of 500 - 10000g. According to the output and installation, there are the following three types:

This major category of sensors is mainly used for environmental comprehensive tests. Stability, environmental temperature range, and output temperature response are the most concerned performance in sensor applications. The sensitive cores of this series adopt a highly stable structural design and materials. Especially for the models in the high and low temperature ranges (low-temperature extension and high-temperature extension), special structural treatments and temperature protections are used. The entire series includes 4 types of working temperature ranges for selection, namely:
Standard series: -55 - 250 °C;
Low-temperature series: -70 - 250 °C;
Low-temperature extension series: -100 - 250 °C;
High-temperature extension series: -55 - 300 °C.
This series of sensors is designed with a number of independent domestic patents. The measurement range is covered as follows: 7500g - 100000g (single-axis); 2000g - 35000g (three-axis), and there are multiple installation methods. There are options for whether the sensor shell is insulated from the ground, and for output with M5 nozzles or integrated cables. The three-axis sensor can choose a conical installation bolt, which greatly improves the overall stiffness on the sensor side. There is also a very unique ground-insulated three-axis impact measurement sensor. This overall high-rigidity design has no similar products at home and abroad.
A newly designed high-temperature measurement sensor. There are two working temperature options for the application environment of this series: 500 °C, 700 °C. The piezoelectric material uses a piezoelectric crystal with high stability performance, and at the same time, a highly reliable patented assembly technology is applied to ensure the stability and reliability of the sensor output. All sensors in this series adopt a differential charge output with the signal insulated from the ground (sensor shell).
The 24108 series originally created by Beizhi for shaker control has been selected by various shaker manufacturers for nearly twenty years and has been imitated by peer manufacturers. Although this series of products is widely used, its performance is slightly inferior to that of the general type series sensors. In order to provide shaker supporting sensors with better cost performance to the market, the new 87 series is designed to optimize the performance and cost to the greatest extent according to the characteristics of shaker applications. The new 87 series comprehensively replaces the original low-price models. Some performance has been improved, and the external dimension has been further miniaturized. There is also an option of a waterproof integrated cable.
Innovatively designed, using independent domestic patent technology. It is in a modular structure form and can be flexibly combined according to different application requirements. This series of products has extremely high cost performance, especially for applications with fixed output forms (number of channels) on-site.
The signal conditioner is composed of a power module and a signal conditioner module. The power module can be used as the power supply for multi-channel conditioner modules. The input power of the power module can be selected as AC power supply or USB rechargeable battery. This power module can also be used alone as the power supply for zero-frequency sensors.
The conditioner module can be selected according to different input and output requirements. The signal input includes IEPE voltage input, ordinary charge signals and differential charge signals of piezoelectric sensors, and single-channel and three-channel inputs can be directly selected according to single-axis or three-axis sensors. The output end of the conditioner module can be selected according to common signal processing forms, including real-time voltage ±5V and industrial control forms (0 - 5V, 4 - 20mA), and single-channel and three-channel outputs corresponding to the input. The input and output nozzle forms of the conditioner module include common M5, BNC, 1/4 - 28 four-core, and industrial wiring terminal blocks.
All the above types of sensors can replace imported similar sensors; they enjoy 100% independent intellectual property rights and 100% independently developed and controllable technologies.
